Late June to early July 2026 updates: tag groups, workflow links, and view controls

Between June 17 and July 3, 2026, StampDesk shipped a dense batch of workbench improvements: safer Prompt Pack imports, faster desk navigation, cleaner tag structure, more legible workflow dependencies, more reliable Connect capture, larger tickets, and stronger view controls.

June 17, 2026: Prompt Packs can preview imports before changing the desk

Prompt Packs now let users preview parsed AI output before anything lands on the desk. New Tickets, relations, clues, and suggestions can be reviewed module by module first.

June 18, 2026: Desk shortcuts and help entry cleanup

Workbench navigation now supports a reorderable Desk Shortcuts list, making frequently used desks easier to reopen. Help entry points and compact toolbar targets were also cleaned up.

June 22, 2026: Tag groups and workflow dependency lines get more structure

Tags now support dedicated groups with names, emoji, sort order, bulk add actions, and safer removal paths. Workflow dependency lines can also reflect prompt-variable relationships between nodes.

June 23, 2026: Connect result capture becomes more reliable

Connect workflows now preserve captured replies more reliably and report missing page output more clearly when a page did not return usable text.

July 2, 2026: Tickets can scale up when one card needs more room

Each Ticket now has a direct size control from 1x to 8x, giving users a lighter way to keep dense notes, screenshots, or context-heavy cards readable.

July 3, 2026: View Settings can control group order and auto-arrange behavior

View Settings now expose more layout rules directly, including group-by fields, group sort order, and whether ticket edits should automatically trigger regrouping.

What this batch changes

These updates make the existing workbench easier to reshape safely, easier to navigate repeatedly, easier to read when workflows get dense, and easier to control when one view no longer fits all tickets equally well.
