Use Tags without over-organizing
Tags should answer one practical retrieval question: how will you find this group of Tickets later?
- Start from a retrieval question, not a category tree.
- Create one narrow Tag with a specific name.
- Apply it only to Tickets that share the same future search need.
- Filter by the Tag to confirm the result set is useful.
- Delete, merge, or rename stale Tags when they stop helping.
