- Choose a Ticket that will be hard to resume later.
- Write why the Ticket matters to a project, decision, customer, or experiment.
- Write one concrete next action instead of a vague reminder.
- Attach the source if the note depends on an AI chat, page, or document.
- Reread the Ticket and confirm tomorrow-you can continue.
