Apply your first Stamp

A Stamp is a visible signal on a Ticket. Start with one Stamp that answers what this Ticket needs right now.

  1. Pick one active Ticket instead of reorganizing the whole desk.
  2. Decide whether the Ticket is Today, Waiting, Blocked, Research, or Review.
  3. Apply one Stamp that communicates the current intent.
  4. Move the Ticket so its position matches the Stamp.
  5. Replace or remove the Stamp when the state changes.
