Apply your first Stamp
A Stamp is a visible signal on a Ticket. Start with one Stamp that answers what this Ticket needs right now.
- Pick one active Ticket instead of reorganizing the whole desk.
- Decide whether the Ticket is Today, Waiting, Blocked, Research, or Review.
- Apply one Stamp that communicates the current intent.
- Move the Ticket so its position matches the Stamp.
- Replace or remove the Stamp when the state changes.
